The pool area was spacious and enjoyable.

Check-in was frustrating. it took far too long, and I was initially placed in a room with a broken TV. After being moved, the second room had a cold thermostat and a filthy bathtub with blue mold. Late checkout ended up costing me more than expected due to unclear billing since no staff was available to clarify my checkout.

We stayed in a King Suite with our four kids, and it was super spacious! The pool was a hit, especially the waterslide. We visited the nearby Centre Mall, which has everything from great stores to a fun food court. Breakfast had an awesome variety too!

My wife says that the phone check on our room at night woke the kids, making it hard for them to sleep. It would be great if they could skip those calls for families traveling with little ones.
